Viva Pediatrics transformed a 7,921-square-foot multi-tenant retail space into a state-of-the-art Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Facility through a comprehensive adaptive reuse renovation and exterior modernization.

The project completely reconfigured the interior while installing all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and life safety systems to meet Texas Department of Health requirements for pediatric healthcare facilities. Exterior improvements included a new covered patient drop-off canopy, roofing system, dumpster enclosure, playground, landscaping, parking lot repairs and resurfacing, and a complete exterior building refresh, creating a safe, welcoming environment for children, families, and caregivers.
