The 38,200 SF Citizens Bank Corporate Headquarters is bright, functional, open, and symbolically ties together a new generation of bank branches for the rapidly expanding company. The four-story building includes a coffee shop-like area with high-speed internet on the first floor. Outdoor space is available on the fourth floor for public and charitable events. Backlighting and translucent glazing are installed throughout the building. Additional areas include private and public offices, banking stations, a lobby, and conference room.

The building is designed with a modern, contemporary style that required more than normal attention to detail. With approximately 45 employees working in the building, a floor plan conducive to 21st-century foot traffic patterns was necessary for the layout.
