This newly expanded cultivation facility is designed for high-efficiency production, housing over 16,000 plants with the capacity to yield more than 3,000 pounds of produce each month.

Phases one and two encompassed a 126,994 SF build-out, featuring a state-of-the-art CO2 and ethanol extraction lab, a processing kitchen, and advanced packaging equipment. The project also introduced 44,000 SF of dedicated canopy space, equipped with an integrated irrigation control system, HVAC system, lighting control, CO2 distribution, and supporting infrastructure. The canopy cultivation space alone is supported by 1,440 tons of HVAC capacity.

Phase three added another 42,284 SF, including 37,000 SF of double-stacked canopy cultivation space. This expansion further enhanced operational efficiency with an integrated irrigation control system, HVAC system, lighting control, and CO2 distribution, ensuring optimal growing conditions for maximum yield.
