This fast-tracked, 106,000 SF build-out was completed in just 102 days, taking the project from design to occupancy in under four months. With a total investment of $35.1 million, the project included the removal of existing insulation from the building’s previous tenant, and the installation of 120 tons of HVAC and 240 high-efficiency lights.

Designed to function like a full-scale manufacturing plant, this advanced cultivation and growth facility supports the entire production process—from cultivation and harvesting to drying, packaging, and distribution. It features 18 plant and bed growing rooms, each approximately 3,000 SF, along with a sophisticated CO2 ventilation system, precise humidity controls, and an advanced irrigation system for filtered water distribution, ensuring optimal growing conditions at every stage.
