The Hilton Carillon Park has 227 guest rooms, a waterfront restaurant, and infinity pool. The project included renovations and updates to the hotel’s public spaces and providing a refreshed and modernized environment to hotel guests and patrons to enjoy. All work was completed while the hotel remained open and in operation.

Renovation of the lobby and receptions areas involved recladding all of the guest facing surfaces and adding new LED lighting, paint, furniture, fixtures, and equipment throughout. A new feature art wall was installed behind reception and the existing HH Honors Check-In was converted to a meeting room.

The existing 6,000 SF Luna Restaurant and bar was subdivided into a smaller restaurant/bar and a new HH Honors Lounge. Hilton’s “Unique Metting Rooms” were also incorporated into the existing restaurant and required all new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, as well as new MEP systems, temperature controls, and AV controls for each room. New wall and floor finishes, recessed LED lighting, chandeliers, sconces, and new furniture, fixtures, and equipment were added throughout.

Guest bathrooms received new illuminated vanity mirrors. The outdoor terrace received new furniture, fixtures, and equipment and the existing fountain was repainted.
