This project for the 37,000 SF Renaissance Hotel included renovations to the dining and bar areas, Atrium, meeting areas, and Business Center. The hotel’s event venues total over 30,000 SF.
Extensive improvements were made to the water feature in the lobby, such as new tiling and lighting. The lobby also received extensive new millwork and updated seating. Exposed elevator shafts were painted, and new floor and wall finishes were added throughout the corridors and public spaces.
