The renovation for the 140,000 SF Hilton Garden Inn in Oklahoma City included new wall and floor finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and equipment throughout the hotel. A new guestroom concept was developed which involved the addition of open closets and a hospitality area for the 161 guestrooms. Rooms received new vanities, shower surrounds, shower doors, new plumbing fixtures, and tub-to-shower conversions. New doors and hardware were added throughout, including new barn doors at guest bathrooms. Also included were a new pool deck and coping.
