Clark Contractors, LLC completely renovated all 1,111 guest rooms and guest room corridors of the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel. All rooms received new finishes, including floor & wall covering, light fixtures, and completely renovated bathrooms. The project was sequenced in conjunction with the hotel’s schedule to allow the hotel to remain open throughout the construction process.
