The 70,958 SF Homewood Suites includes 88 guestrooms. For this renovation, new wall and floor finishes were added throughout the building, as well as new fixtures, furniture, and equipment. New millwork was installed in the public areas such as reception, Suite Shop, and Business Center. A new outdoor dining addition was added, complete with stamped/sealed concrete floor, stained coffered ceiling, island grill station, and phantom insect screens.
