The Staybridge Suites is 77,273 SF with 109 guestrooms. For this renovation, new wall and floor finishes were added throughout, as well as new furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, and plumbing equipment. A new kitchen concept was added to the guest rooms to include updated cabinets, bar counters and countertops. Bathrooms received new vanities and vanity counter tops. New doors and hardware were added throughout, including the addition of closet doors in guest rooms.
Renovations to the public space included a new buffet area concept, new exterior paint, and pool and fitness area imrpovements.
