The 89,286 SF Homewood Suites by Hilton is six stories tall with 116 lodging units (keys) and includes a 69,380 SF parking deck with 22 parking spaces. Each room has between one and two bedrooms, complete with a kitchen. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, and business center. The hotel also features 1,058 SF of dedicated event space and two meeting rooms.

The hotel is a block and plank structure with a combination of EIFS/brick facade, high efficiency/high sound transmission class (STC)-rated windows, and cantilevered high roof elements. The hotel was built in accordance with all Hilton standards.

The parking deck is a post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete structure with a continuous sloped ramp, exposed concrete, and barrier cables. The parking deck includes a machine room-less (MRL) elevator and stair towers.
