Clark Contractors, LLC completely renovated all 1,111 guest rooms and guest room corridors for the 508,874 SF Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel. All rooms received new finishes, including floor & wall covering, light fixtures, and completely renovated bathrooms. The project was sequenced in conjunction with the hotel’s schedule to allow the hotel to remain open throughout the construction process.
The project also involved 21,508 SF in back-of-house renovations, including Wolfgang Puck kitchen, employee kitchen/lounge, housekeeping, employee restrooms/lockers, security offices and equipment, and corridor. The 29,810 SF Landmark Ballroom was renovated to include new carpet, VWC, paint, paneling, and trim.
