The building supports a range of programs including nursing, EMT and paramedic training, occupational and physical therapy assisting, and medical coding. Interior spaces include high-fidelity simulation labs, skills labs, exam and treatment rooms, flexible classrooms, faculty offices, and a dedicated fitness and wellness area. The layout is designed for adaptability, allowing for modular reconfiguration and future program growth.
Specialty systems include advanced audiovisual technology, medical gas-ready infrastructure, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and durable healthcare-grade finishes to support realistic training environments.
Exterior work includes site clearing, grading, utility connections, paving, sidewalks, and integration into the existing campus circulation. The Medical Sciences Center strengthens the university’s commitment to workforce development and provides students with the hands-on experience needed to enter today’s fast-evolving healthcare industry.
