Clark Contractors delivered a new competition gymnasium and elementary school for the Warren School District, both located on the District’s main campus and constructed simultaneously.

To accommodate growing student enrollment, the new elementary school replaces an aging facility and provides expanded learning opportunities. Spanning 65,190 SF, the school features 30 classrooms, a music room, a stage, a cafetorium, a kitchen, an art room, speech therapy and OT/PT rooms, a media center, a computer lab, and administrative offices. The design incorporates 5,500 SF of safe area throughout corridors in classroom wings, ensuring student and staff security.
