This 48,000 SF school renovation and addition project involved a complete site redevelopment. The scope of work included demolition and reconstruction of parking areas, landscaping, storm drainage, utilities, athletic courts and fields, as well as road widening and new sidewalks along East David O’ Dodd Road.

Renovations and additions to the existing structure featured a new lobby, 28 classrooms, administrative offices, a cafeteria, and meeting spaces. A new standalone building was also constructed, providing additional classrooms, gym space, and an ICC-500 rated storm shelter for enhanced safety.
