Clark Contractors was engaged to oversee the pre-construction and construction management services for the addition and renovation project at White River Medical Center Main Hospital. The scope of work involved the construction of a four-level patient tower spanning 96,500 SF and comprising of 60 new patient rooms, a kitchen and dining area, and materials management. Furthermore, the project also entailed the renovation of 18,000 SF of existing space to include a new prep/hold/recovery area, pharmacy, gift shop, and lobby. In addition to this, the project encompassed the creation of a new visitor parking lot, an outdoor dining area, a drop-off canopy, and extensive landscaping.
