The Oakley Trailer Maintenance Shop project included a comprehensive renovation of the existing facility to improve operations, functionality, and employee spaces. Improvements to the maintenance shop included a new roof and insulation, polished existing concrete floors, a new tool room and receiving bay, and all-new electrical and compressed air distribution throughout the shop.

Additional renovations included upgraded HVAC and plumbing systems, a complete restroom renovation with the addition of a women’s restroom, a new break room and mezzanine stair, renovated mezzanine storage, and a new print shop area. Construction was carefully coordinated while Oakley remained operational, with employees continuing trailer and truck maintenance activities in connected structures throughout the project.
